This is a simple vinaigrette that works very well with Asian meals. I used it on watercress and paired it with some homemade Chinese dumplings, but please, let your imagination run wild.
Two years ago: Cauliflower Pasta Sauce
Asian Vinaigrette (from Raising the Salad Bar)
Ingredients
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
