- Fish without a Doubt - mostly simple, but delicious recipes. This book demystifies the cooking of fish.
- Planet Barbecue! - an international cookbook focused on grilling is perfect for summer. Despite the international aspect, most of the recipes are very approachable.
- Big Small Plates - this book isn't for everyone, but if you don't mind making tacos that have 6 components, then the results are worth it. If you do take the plunge, try the duck burgers.
