Pomegranate Molasses Dressing

This salad dressing is a great mix of tart and sweet. I'm tempted to try it with some crumbled feta on my next salad.

One year ago: Rhubarb Custard Cake
Two years ago: Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Pots

Pomegranate Molasses Dressing (from Moro)

1 garlic clove, crushed to a paste with salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tbsp water
4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
salt and pepper

1. Mix garlic with cinnamon and molasses.
2. Add water and whisk in olive oil until sauce emulsifies.
3. Check seasoning and add sugar if dressing is too tart.
